1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The refund request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Products bought on sale or at a discounted price.
Customized or personalized items.
Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.
Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
Email us at [your support email] with your order number and clear images/videos of the issue.
Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
If approved, return instructions will be shared.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for size or product defects, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
